A valid driving licence, International Driving Permit (in case of international trips) and an ID proof (Passport/ Aadhaar card) is required while taking possession of the car. Original documents are to be shown. In case Driving Licence / Passport / Aadhaar card fail the necessary validations, the car rental company reserves the right to refuse the car handover.

You need to inform the car rental in advance for rental extension. An extension of up to 1 hour is permissible if informed, with no extra charges. If any vehicle breaks down, you can contact the rental company's Roadside assistance team and help will be sought in 40-60 mins. Roadside assistance covers different services like on-site assistance, flat-tyre repairs, towing, dead battery recharge/replacement, loss of key, fuel delivery up to 5 litres, cab assistance and more.
Call the rental companies 24x7 toll-free helpline number mentioned in our rental agreement and a backup car will be sent at the earliest. Meanwhile, you are requested to stay safe until help arrives. We also advise you to take as many pictures of the vehicle and its surroundings as possible. This will prove valuable in legal and insurance proceedings.
